Imaginasun LLC Contest Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction:
These terms and conditions govern the contest held by Imaginasun LLC (“Organizer”) at the Biz @ BR event on 09/28/2024.
2. Contest Period:
The contest begins on 09/28/2024 and ends at the end of the Biz @ BR event held at Babcock Ranch on the same day. Winners will be drawn on 09/29/2024.
3. Eligibility:
- The contest is open to attendees of the Biz @ BR event held at Babcock Ranch.
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Employees of Imaginasun LLC and CamJon Travel, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Enter:
- Entrants must complete the entry form provided at the Biz @ BR event.
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
- By entering, participants consent to be added to the Imaginasun newsletter, which is sent out approximately two times per month.
5. Prizes:
- First Prize: One SunLit Evaluation valued at up to $500.
- Second Prize: $100 Sailor Loot (onboard credit) for any Virgin Voyages trip booked with CamJon Travel through 2026. This onboard credit is on top of all other offers and promotions.
- All entrants will receive a 20% discount on their first service with Imaginasun LLC.
6. Winner Selection and Notification:
- Winners will be randomly selected on 09/29/2024.
- Winners will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Prize Conditions:
- The SunLit Evaluation prize must be redeemed within one year of notification.
- The $100 Sailor Loot prize is valid through 2026 and must be booked through CamJon Travel. This onboard credit is combinable with all other offers and promotions.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- All prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Publicity:
- By entering the contest, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Data Privacy:
- Entrants’ personal data will be used in accordance with Imaginasun LLC’s privacy policy.
- By entering the contest, participants consent to be added to the Imaginasun newsletter mailing list.
10. General Conditions:
- Imaginasun LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Imaginasun LLC in its sole discretion.
- Imaginasun LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Limitation of Liability:
- By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Imaginasun LLC, CamJon Travel, and their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all claims or damages arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
12. Governing Law:
- The contest and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
